
| Remove the four screws on the edge of the LCD. Using a sharp blade, separate the LCD module from the housing on all sides. |

| Gently pull on the inverter cable wires one at a time to free them from the plastic mounting that keeps them from getting chewed up in the hinge. It should not require too much force to remove them. Be sure that you first free the one that is closest to the opening. |

| Using a sharp edge, pry the LCD panel up and away from the display housing. The panel may be firmly seated in the housing, and you might have to work more than one area before it comes loose. |

| Tilt up the LCD unit, and remove the yellow tape securing the the display cable in place. |

| Disconnect the cable as shown. |
